Shutdown Services

CANEIL offers a wide range of shutdown services, and can provide a large number of certified inspectors and technicians, allowing for a high number of inspections to occur in a compressed timeframe to minimize downtime. Some of our shutdown services include the following:

• Pre-outage inspection planning and coordination
• Visual inspection support (IPV, IBPV, NB, API 510/653/570)
• Non-destructive testing
• Review of weld procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR); creation of engineering packages
• Dual certified engineers with inspection certification in order to perform expedited Fitness for Service (FFS) Assessments on site to avoid costly downtime
